Most other organizations are more interested in contracts than having a long-term relationship. With SV Clean our approach is exactly opposite.


We sign contracts for liability and defenition of service purposes, but we are so sure that you'll be satisfied with our quality; you'll never have to sign a long-term contract.


From day one, you'll be on a month to month agreement. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice.

SV Clean uderstands that changing cleaning providers can be inconvenient for you - keys need to be changed, and even the process of telling your previous company that your're not satisfied and making a change can be difficult and uncomfortable.


To help offset some of the costs you'll incur in making a change to SV Clean, we'll provide you with your first week's service for free.
